Sara McGoldrick DNP APRN, FNP-C | co-owner
Sara is our Nurse Practitioner and Medical Director here at Alpenglow. She has been practicing nursing for 35 years, with over 19 of those years in aesthetics in the Flathead Valley. Sara received her Bachelors Degree in Nursing in 1988. Wanting a higher level of practice she pursued her Masters degree and Nurse Practitioner board certification in 2014. Sara is constantly seeking to know more in her medical field and finished her Doctorate of Nurse Practice in the Spring of 2023.
Sara is a Master Injector certified in advanced techniques of neurotoxins and dermal fillers and performs various aesthetic laser procedures. She has extensive training and experience in aesthetic and cosmetic injectables. She was the first injector in Montana to earn the title of an “advanced injection specialist” from Allergan Aesthetics. Sara has completed several Masterclass trainings, including international mentorship, to continue to offer the most modern and competent techniques available.
Her goal is to make patients feel comfortable and to provide safe and effective individualized care. She is meticulous in staying within Montana State practice laws ensuring the highest level of safety and integrity for her patients. Sara always uses scrupulous attention to best practice guidelines, avoiding trendy treatments where risks outweigh the benefits.

Ashley, our aesthetician, has over nine years of experience in aesthetics. She first received her Bachelors Degree in Biology in 2010. Her lifelong interest in beauty coupled with her personal skin experience led Ashley to obtaining her Aesthetics License in 2014.
Ashley is dedicated to providing the best professional skin care treatments and continues to enhance her expertise on the latest advancements in skin treatments and products. She loves learning about the innovations within the industry and is constantly attending continuing education courses to better serve and educate our patients.
Her deep understanding of most skin concerns and extensive knowledge about skin care allows her to treat, educate and help patients achieve their skin goals. She is here to address your facial concerns and guide you through your journey so that you can look and feel your best.
